- Jacuzzi are offered in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also feature a bathtub.

Villa Rules
To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, kindly follow the house rules mentioned below:
1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with the management.
2. Maximum Occupancy: Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the villa. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.
3. Property Care: Guests are requested to take proper care of the villa, furniture, and equipment. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged accordingly.
4. Swimming Pool Rules: Guests must follow the Swimming Pool Safety Rules while using the pool. Children must always be supervised by adults.
5. Noise and Music: Please maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect the surrounding neighborhood.
6. Illegal Activities: Any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities are strictly not allowed on the premises. Violation may lead to immediate termination of stay and legal action if required.
7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa premises. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
8. Cleanliness: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the villa and in outdoor areas, including the swimming pool and lawn.
9. Outside Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted without prior permission from the management.
10. Safety Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
11. Power & Water Usage: Guests are requested to use electricity and water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
12. Management Rights: The management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel booking if house rules are violated or property safety is compromised.
Swimming Pool Rules
- Pool Timing: Swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. Night swimming is not allowed without prior permission.
- Use at Own Risk: Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk. Management shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- Children Supervision: Children below 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times.
- Proper Swimwear: Guests are requested to wear proper swimming costumes while using the pool. Cotton clothes or regular clothes are not allowed.
- No Glass Items: Glass bottles, glassware, or sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the pool area.
- No Diving: Diving and jumping into the pool are strictly prohibited to avoid injuries.
- Shower Before Entry: Guests are requested to take a shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.
- Alcohol & Intoxication: Swimming under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited.
- Pool Cleanliness: Do not throw food, garbage, or any other items into the pool. Kindly maintain cleanliness.
- Damage Responsibility: Any damage to the pool equipment or surrounding area caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
- Health Condition: Guests with skin infections, open wounds, or contagious illnesses should not use the pool.
- Management Rights: The management reserves the right to restrict pool access to anyone not following the rules.
Illegal Activities Policy
Any illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities are strictly not allowed on the premises of Calissa Villa. Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities such as possession or use of illegal substances, gambling, unlawful gatherings, or any activity that violates local laws and regulations.
If any guest is found involved in such activities, the management reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without any refund and the matter may be reported to the local authorities or police as per applicable laws.
Guests are requested to maintain decorum, respect the property, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.
